Returns

Each MN creation is made from existing materials and often personalized according to your choices. These garments are therefore unique, crafted especially for you. For this reason, they cannot be returned or exchanged: unlike industrial production, there is no standard stock that would allow the piece to be resold. This policy also reflects our commitment to reducing waste and promoting a more thoughtful, sustainable approach to fashion.

In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, custom-made or personalized creations are legally excluded from the right of withdrawal. In the event of a proven manufacturing defect, however, we are committed to finding an appropriate solution, whether through an adjustment or a repair. For clients based in Paris, it is also possible to bring the piece directly to the atelier to facilitate the process.

Repairs

The brand offers an after-sales service for any repair or minor adjustment that can technically be carried out on the manufactured products. Repairs are free of charge within 5 months of receiving your order, within the limits of technical feasibility and available materials.
Beyond this period — or in the case of damage resulting from improper use, an accident, or inadequate care — repairs may be offered at a fixed cost.
